In Jimi’s impressive debut Single "Far'N Away", his remarkable versatility is on full display. The Single opens with gentle piano and keys, only to be completely opened up with energetic funky percussion and choppy acoustic. The bass playing is spectacular and the saxophone sections bring an undeniable flavor and character to the song. The track progresses by effectively falling back and forth between melodic and calm sections, and spirited dynamic sections. The Single is fantastically sequenced in a way that maintains the listener’s interest, and contains minor mixing and instrumental intricacies that are both unique and infuse wonderful personality into the track.
